The Dodd is excited to start the fall 2018 semester with a new face in the Art Library. Nina K. Guzman joined the Dodd staff this summer and is excited to be working as the new Art Library Assistant. Guzman received her BA in Creative Writing and Women’s Studies from Florida State University. She has a background in public and university libraries and is currently working towards a Masters in Library and Information Sciences.

Associate Professor of Graphic Design Moon Jang received an Award of Excellence from the 2018 Design Competition of the University and College Designers Association for the cover design of the American Craft Inquiry Volume 1, Issue 2

At the end of the spring semester Interior Design students Bethany Jenkins (BFA 2018) and Claire McGowan (BFA 2018) from the Lamar Dodd School of Art completed a year-long internship at the Georgia Center with the director of facilities management, Emily Newdow, a fellow Dodd Interior Design alumni (BFA 2008).
