Join the Dodd Galleries as we celebrate six new exhibitions featuring Post-MFA Fellow in Photography Mo Costello, Fellows in Sculpture Courtney McClellan and Kevin Varney, graduate candidate in Painting + Drawing Ellie Dent, our annual Scientific & Medical Illustration student juried show, and Dodd Professorial Chair Paul Pfeiffer's presentation of three major video works: Desiderata, Fragment of a Crucifixion, and The Pure Products Go Crazy. 

The Round Table discussion will feature Jill Frank, Baldwin Lee, Michael David Murphy, Mike Smith, Mark Steinmentz and moderated by Marni Shindelman, Assistant Professor of Photography a with Dodd.  Discussion will run from 3-4:30pm a the Lyndon House Arts Center.

A round table discussion with artists and students in relation to Preservationist an exhibition spearheaded by the Air Purifying Plants Proliferation Project, or A-4P, a group of Dodd Printmaking and Painting and Drawing graduate students invested in embracing and investigating the rapid advancement of green practices in the contemporary art studio. 3-5pm, followed by a beer tasting with Southern Brewing Company. 

MFA candidate in Painting and Drawing, Heather Foster, will discuss her curated exhibition Potato, an on-going cumulative exhibition that takes the insult “Couch Potato” as its point of inspiration. The gallery talk will begin at 12 noon. 

Artists Jonathan Wahl & Sondra Sherman will discuss their exhibition "Parallels" at 2:30pm. The gallery talk will be moderated by curator of the exhbition, Dodd Associate Professor of Jewelry and Metals Mary Hallam Pearse.
