Studio Art Professor Imi Hwangbo presents Reverie, a mid-career survey of constructed drawings and prints at the Hawthorn Contemporary in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The show can also be toured virtually here.

Book Arts at the Lamar Dodd School of Art is celebrating the announcement of five current students and alumni featured in the upcoming 8th Collegiate Paper Art Triennial presented by North American Hand Papermakers (NAHP). These students and alumni were among a final selection of 37 student-artists from 11 schools with 40 artworks. Jurors Mina Takahashi, Karen Kunc, and Erin Zona selected the artists and works from a total of 138 submissions from 83 students at 17 schools.

Printmaking Professor Melissa Harshman will display a large paper installation titled Hope at the Mid-America Print Council Conference, The Power of Print: Resistance, Revolution, & Resilience, from October 13-16, 2022 at Kent State University. The Mid-America Print Council Conference is second largest professional printmaking organization in the United States. The reception for the artwork will be held on Thursday October 13 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM.

Printmaking Professor Melissa Harshman and Ohio University professor Melissa Haviland will present the exhibition Growing Over at the IMPACT 12 International Printmaking Conference at The Centre for Print Research, at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK from September 21-25, 2022. IMPACT is the largest professional printmaking organization in Europe.
