Lamar Dodd School of Art alumni Clay Jordan, Brittainy Lauback, and Tatum Shaw will present on their recent photography books published by Atlanta's Fall Line Press. Join us at the Athenaeum on Saturday, April 13 at 4pm as they discuss their monographs and participate in a roundtable discussion led by Director of the Athenaeum, Dr. Katie Geha. A book signing will follow the event.

Join a roundtable presentation and discussion with Professor Michelle Clayton about her current book-in-progress, provisionally titled Articulations: Dancing Across Modernities. This project explores early-twentieth-century circulations, translations, and transpositions of poetry, film, art, dance, and performance across languages, media, and regions.

We come into contact with objects in our homes every day, but what are the lives of these items beyond their obvious functions? A lifelong fascination with the underlying energy of inanimate objects drives my work.
