Call for Artists | Mystical Wonders International Art Competition

The Mystical Wonders online art contest invites artists to explore the magical realms of your imagination. Submit artworks that depict mystical landscapes, mythical creatures, and otherworldly phenomena. Whether it’s through photography, mixed media, or traditional mediums, this theme allows artists to explore realms beyond the ordinary. Standard: $20 for 4 images.

Graphic Design Student Worker | Mary Frances Early College of Education

The Mary Frances Early College of Education is looking for a graphic design student worker. This position works under the supervision of the creative design specialist and in collaboration with the marketing and communications team. This is an opportunity for students interested in graphic design to add to their portfolio and gain real work experience. This is a flexible position that works around class schedules and other commitments. This position is set to begin in the fall of 2024, and training could start during the summer if the applicant is available.

Distribution Assistant | The Red & Black

Deadline: Wednesday, January 31 2024

The Red & Black is looking to hire a student for the Distribution Assistant role. The assistant is responsible for the delivery of The Red & Black Publishing print products to locations around the city of Athens and UGA campus. The distribution process includes picking up, tallying and logging the previous week’s issue and maintaining a log of distribution and pickup for our audit. This position may require completing small miscellaneous jobs around the office as well: sort publication stacks, change lightbulbs and minor office maintenance.

Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp is looking for college students to serve as camp counselors for the summer of 2024! Visual arts, art education, and art therapy majors have the opportunity to serve as mentors and role models for our campers. 

Those with a visual arts interest have opportunities to assist in Blue Lake’s art department, supervise art students during classes, and work with professional faculty. Teaching positions with our junior campers are available for those who qualify.
