The oil painting Menagerie by drawing and painting professor Margaret Morrison was awarded Best in Show in the 86th National Midyear Exhibition at the Butler Institute for American Art in Youngstown, Ohio. The exhibition, on view from June 19 through August 14, 2022, is among the oldest juried shows of two-dimensional work in the country. This year's exhibition featured 76 works from artists across 11 states.
