Mary Hallam Pearse Featured in Solo Exhibition “Matters at Hand” at Stove Works

Jewelry and metals associate professor Mary Hallam Pearse is exhibiting work in a solo show titled Matters at Hand at Stove Works in Chattanooga, Tennessee from July 29th through September 18th, 2022. Matters at Hand explores the contradictions between the material world and mortality. See exhibition statement below.

Margaret Morrison awarded Best in Show at The Butler's 86th National Midyear Exhibition

The oil painting Menagerie by drawing and painting professor Margaret Morrison was awarded Best in Show in the 86th National Midyear Exhibition at the Butler Institute for American Art in Youngstown, Ohio. The exhibition, on view from June 19 through August 14, 2022, is among the oldest juried shows of two-dimensional work in the country. This year's exhibition featured 76 works from artists across 11 states.
