The Project Designer provides design and consultative services to clients and internal sales staff. The designer is a valued professional member of the team, bringing knowledge, aesthetics, and creative ideas that improve company results through workstyles, trends, products, and space. This role will require the acumen of a professional designer who can draw on CET (or Giza or Autocad) but is also comfortable meeting with customers and presenting proposals either with the OP rep, or on their own. 
Job Type: Full-time, exempt
Specific responsibilities include:
• Focus on design
• Quickly create designs, make changes, and customize based on specific needs
• Research product information regarding specs (this involves reading cad drawings and tracking down multiple product parts to write specs)
• Designing layouts for spaces with specialized furniture
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• Able to collaborate with Furniture Team to achieve design solutions.
