Seeking Artists for special Juneteenth Showcase and month-long exhibition! The Sunday event (6/19) is free to the public and will be promoted as an opportunity to celebrate our nation’s most recent Federal Holiday within the Tucker, GA community.

The celebration will highlight a minimum of four (4) local black or brown artists in mediums and on subjects of their choosing, within the visual arts discipline. Artists’ work need not focus on issues of race or racial identity, though this is welcome subject matter. We encourage artists to explore themes of and their relationship to fatherhood in honor of Father’s Day, 2022.

This exhibition is designed to intentionally create (artistic) space for the BIPOC community within Tucker, to showcase our city’s breadth and depth of black talent, and to appreciate the continued contribution by black Americans to American culture.

Namaste Tchotchkes charges 15% commission and a one-time $30 gallery fee, only if an artist sells >$60 of work. The gallery provides promotional materials, an artist bio board for the exhibit, sales tax and credit card processing, and an online store for featured works.
