Art education scholars Melissa Bremmer, PhD and Emiel Heijnen, PhD will deliver a workshop inspired by their book Wicked Arts Assignments (2020). Visiting from the Amsterdam University of the Arts, Bremmer and Heijnen will provides participants with insight into why an art assignment should be considered a work of art and how to design inspiring and contemporary arts assignments. Participants will leave the session with awe-inspiring, poetical, bold, and political arts assignments for their own context.
