Join Creature Comforts’ exhibiting artists and Dodd alumni Melissa Merrill (VFA, Scientific Illustration, 2016) and May Hitchings (BFA, Printmaking, 2017) for a relaxing night of coloring, browsing art for sale, and listening to live music. The artists are the first featured in Creature Colors, an ongoing project to create individually screen printed coloring pages to benefit the Get Artistic nonprofit program. Chalkboard murals featuring the artists’ designs are on view in Creature Comforts’ “CCBC Gallery” through the end of August. Creature Colors is curated by Madeline Bates (BA, Art History, 2015) Art Curator & Get Artistic Program Lead at Creature Comforts Brewing Co and Dodd alum.
