Raise a glass to honor Bob and Sue Nunnally's recent gift to Lamar Dodd School of Art to transform the Dodd courtyard into a community space and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with all of your friends.

Tailgate Time: The tailgate party will start three hours before the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns game.  The game time has yet to be released.  We are preparing for a noon game; however, the game time will not be announced until November 7, 2016 (media announces game times, 12 days prior to the official date). Please keep checking back.  We will post the event details soon. Hint...we're preparing for a noon game.

Cost of Admission and Registration: Admission to the tailgate at Lamar Dodd School of Art will be free, with football tickets sold separately:  buy football tickets here.  Our online registration will be available until November 12, 2016 (allowing us to account for catering needs). After November 12, participants will register the day of the event. Guests must register prior to arriving at the event.

Food, Drink, Transportation and Sercies: Let's be serious: a good tailgate also needs good eats, so we're bringing in Athens' best, Saucehouse Barbecue (with all the sides and fixin's) and The Southern Brewery Company (one of the owners is a Dodd alum, Brian Roth '95)! Looking for lighter fare? We'll also have an array of cheeses, dips, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Hotel Information: A hotel block at Hotel Indigo is in effect for all participants, too.  You may begin reserving your room for Friday, 11/18 and Saturday, 11/19 by calling Hotel Indigo Guest Services Manager, Julia Shotwell, directly at 706-286-1704 or email juliashotwell@indigoathens.com. Please reference the UGA Lamar Dodd School of Art group block. Guests will need to provide contact information and a credit card at the time to booking to hold their reservation. Hotel Indigo will contact guests with reservations by 11/4/16, requiring an advanced deposit/non-refundable payment for their stay.

Parking: All free surface lots and deck parking decks on UGA are first-come-first-served.  Lamar Dodd School of Art is located on east campus by the free parking lot, E11; fortunately, east campus hosts several free parking lots: Game Day Parking.
