The School of Art, in conjunction with The Georgia Review, is hosting a two-day interdisciplinary conference organized around the theme of misplacement. Visual artists, writers, and leading scholars in the fields of art history, literature, media studies, race, and queer theory will present recent work at the newly opened Athenaeum. Events will include an exhibition, keynote address, lectures, and readings.

This event is supported by the School of Art, The Georgia Review, the Athenaeum, the Willson Center, and a State-of-the-Art Conference Grant from the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost.
