Lindsey Reynolds received her MLIS degree from the University of Alabama and her BFA from the University of Georgia. She is interested in how libraries can be generative spaces for practicing artists as well as serving traditional research communities. She previously worked at the Birmingham Museum of Art in Alabama, the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, and with the New York Art Resources Consortium, which consists of the research libraries of three leading art museums in New York City: the Brooklyn Museum, the Frick Collection, and the Museum of Modern Art. She has been a part of the planning committee for the Contemporary Artist's Book Conference, held in conjunction with the New York Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1, since 2012.
