We are thrilled to invite you to a special day to view all four exhibitions at the Dodd Galleries. We have six blocks of time from 12pm to 6pm on Saturday, October 3rd to visit the art school in a safe and socially distant manner. There is limited capacity for each hour, social distancing will be enforced, and face coverings are required. The Dodd Galleries will be a safe environment to view these incredible exhibitions!

To request a free ticket go to:  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dodd-galleries-ticketed-viewing-tickets-121207134803

Tony Cokes: Five Weeks: In this exhibition, we present a new video by seminal conceptual artist Tony Cokes every week. On October 3rd Evil.27: Selma will be on view. This video describes the difficulty of images and evidence in the struggle for emancipation.

Disarticulate Ground is a solo show by Dodd graduate candidate, Annie Simpson, that deconstructs historic Georgia roadside markers through photography, video, and sculpture.

OFFSIDES is a collaborative exhibition between Dodd MFA candidate, Luka Carter, and New York-based artist, Tomm Roeschlein, that uses a variety of media--video, sculpture, printmaking, and movement--to articulate tensions within performance and the body.

The Persistence of Change is a solo exhibition by Dodd MFA candidate, Matthew Hoban, that interrogates memory and its various associations.

Visiting the Galleries: Enter the building at the 3rd Floor entrance (the entrance directly next to the Georgia Museum of Art and across the small bridge). You do not need to print a ticket. A gallery attendant will check you in electronically.

20 people are allowed in the building per block. Each gallery has signs indicating how many people may enter at a time.

You can find information on directions and parking here. Because it is a Saturday, parking is allowed in all available lots. We recommend parking in E11 is it is closest to the required entrance.

Safety: Face coverings at all times are required for entry. Please keep 6 feet between yourself and other guests.

We have hand sanitizing stations in a number of locations for your use and we will be cleaning high touch surfaces more frequently during open hours.

If you are not feeling well or if you are aware of Covid-19 exposure within the last 14 days, or caring for someone with Covid-19, please reschedule your visit and we will see you next time.
