Academic Curriculum Specialist, Director of Non-Credit Program Assessment
Dr. Charlotte Dudley holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership degree and has over 20 years of experience in higher education instruction/administration. She has taught a variety of courses, including management, accounting, entrepreneurship, business mathematics, leadership, and software applications.
At Lamar Dodd School of Art, Dr. Dudley oversees the coordination of course sections and manages all non-credit course initiatives. Her work supports the school’s academic and community education programs, fostering growth and engagement across diverse audiences. Dr. Dudley has also led the development of the UGA Summer Art Camp, UGA Community Art School, and Manual Dexterity Certificate for pre-dental students at UGA.
Outside of work, Dr. Dudley enjoys traveling, collecting Barbie dolls, and volunteering with non-profit organizations that serve individuals experiencing homelessness and financial hardship.
