Please allow at least two weeks between when news is submitted and when it is posted to the website.
Please include:
- On view dates for all exhibitions
- External url links to related gallery/exhibition postings or organization supporting your lecture/visit/event
- Minimum of one image* and complete image title/caption information
- The most thorough info. available for any alumni mentioned (grad. year, area of study, current position, etc.)
* The form requires at least one image (size limit 2 MB) to accompany any submission.Here are tips for easily reducing the size of both images and pdfs using the OSX Preview app.
Please note that all website postings are subject to review of the Communications Committee. A news submission does not guarantee a posting to the website.
