Through the use of artificial light phenomena, this exhibition places scientific theory and transcendental beliefs within arms length of one another. Kevin Varney earned his MFA in Sculpture from the University of Tennessee. Varney has received numerous awards and grants for his experimental use of materials and technology and continues to exhibit his work as he develops these new methods of making form and meaning.
