Event cost: $20 (Includes lunch)
Based off of Made Bayak’s community practice called Plasticology (plastic + ecology) in Bali, Indonesia, this event allows you to create art from trashed materials. Accompanied by Abigail West, a printmaking and book arts major at the Lamar Dodd School of Art, you’ll be able to gain a larger understanding of what’s recyclable and what’s not, and how we can artfully handle the mass production of waste in the United States.
