I am in my 20th year of teaching visual art at Apalachee High School in Barrow County. I am living in Oconee County, and enjoy life focused on my 5 children and 6 grandchildren. My passion is teaching and facilitating my art students' growth and development through their art. I continue to create my own studio artwork when time permits. I am pursuing various new hobbies including learning to garden in my spare time. My goal is to complete my Masters in Art Therapy as soon as my youngest child has completed her educational goals. My philosophy is Art is Life, and Life is Art!
