Overview

The 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar in Washington Georgia is seeking arts and crafts vendors! This is an art in the park format event, featuring the area’s best artists, artisans, makers, and creators. They do have a backup plan in place, as the weather can be iffy that time of year. In their inaugural year, all vendors reported excellent sales, and the Washington- Wilkes Chamber of Commerce reported an increase in overall foot traffic on the square that day. The Holiday Bazaar would love to include art from some UGA students this year.

“After the hassle of Black Friday, relax in a beautiful setting for Small Business Saturday! Join us Saturday November 28 from 1 to 4pm for the Second Annual Holiday Bazaar to celebrate local artists and creators. Stroll through a curated selection of arts and crafts in Fort Washington Park (behind the court house) and enjoy a snack from one of our food vendors while listening to live music from Eddie Crew and his jazz band. The Bazaar will feature arts and crafts, decor and gifts, as well as artisanal snacks and baked goods from Wilkes County’s best creators, just for you! No matter your taste or budget, we will have something to suit your fancy!”
