Beehive Painting Project (Volunteer) | UGA Undergraduate Bee Club

The Undergraduate Bee Club at UGA is looking for students to help decorate and paint hive boxes. We are working to place a couple beehives at the Botanical Gardens and on the Geography Building. Painting the wooden hive boxes is crucial to protecting them from weathering, but we also want to enhance the beauty of the gardens while bringing attention to out pollinators.

Our goal is to have an inviting design that will showcase native plants and pollinators as well as UGA students’ art!
