Close to Home Exhibition Statement

Close to Home is a graphic design showcase that explores the personal journeys, inspirations, and unique perspectives of the University of Georgia’s graduating designers. Through translation, inclusion, advocacy, and collaboration, a series of visual narratives emerge. Each project reflects deeply significant themes to its creator, driven by extensive research and creative insight. Visitors are invited to engage with societal and cultural issues through designs that foster thoughtful engagement and inspire proactive responses.
