The Lamar Dodd School of Art will celebrate the graduating class of 2024 with a ceremony at the UGA Performing Arts Center on May 9, 2024 at 12:30 pm (doors open at noon) followed by a reception at our main building on east campus.\nThe 2024 Lamar Dodd School of Art Spring Graduation Ceremony includes:\n\n\nWelcome address, Dr. David Odo, Director of the Georgia Museum of Art\n\n\nKeynote address by alumna and Fall 2023 Margie E West Prize winner Erin Dunn (‘14, MA), Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, Telfair Museums (Savannah, Georgia)\n\n\nFormal calling of names\n\n\n2024 photo book graduation gift designed with images submitted by graduates — to share your memories and artworks, follow this link!\n\n\nA reception after the ceremony at our Main Building on 270 River Road until 3 PM\n\n\nWe welcome students and loved ones to join us! Please use this link to reserve your seats. We ask that graduates begin arriving 1 hour prior to the ceremony. Regalia will be optional.\nGraduates and their guests are invited to stay after the formal ceremony.
