DESCRIPTION:On view in the CCBC Gallery January 29 – March 24, Family Computer: Familiar Interiors, showcases a new series of pixelated cyanotypes by Ashley Anderson (Atlanta) that pays homage to the intertwining histories of art and video game graphics. A follow up to the artist’s October 2018 show in Atlanta, Family Computer Family Portrait, Familiar Interiors focuses on landscapes in classic video games and encourages a consideration of how humans interact with digital space.\nAll the exhibited artwork is for sale at the brewery, with 10% of proceeds supporting the Get Artistic nonprofit fund.\nAnderson will lead a cyanotype workshop at the brewery on the exhibition’s closing day, Sunday, March 24. Pre-registration will open online in February.
