The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation in Watkinsville is looking for teachers to run workshops and 6 week classes. Any medium or topic is welcome--just submit a proposal outlining your class! Bring us your weirdest and most creative class ideas, get some practice for your intro classes, or add some great teaching experience to your resume! We're open to all levels, mediums, and subjects. There are available spots starting as soon as March 4th.
We are pleased to announce the Third Annual Missouri Western State University and Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art Undergraduate Art History Symposium. The symposium will be held at the museum in St. Joseph, Missouri (40 minutes north of the Kansas City International Airport).
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Mey-Yen Moriuchi, Assistant Professor of Art History, LaSalle University will deliver "Mexican Costumbrismo: Race, Society, and Identity in Nineteenth-Century Art.”

This competition highlights scholarly research by UGA students about any art form or combination of art forms, including (but not restricted to): visual art, music, theatre, dance, film, literature, media arts, or performance art. The focus is on historical, theoretical, and critical research about art, as opposed to original works of art created by the students

Chronika is an interdisciplinary, open access journal for graduate students studying the art and archaeology of the Mediterranean world. Chronika, like its parent organization the Institute for European and Mediterranean Archaeology (www.iema.buffalo.edu), encourages interdisciplinary dialogues and innovative approaches to the study of the past.
