ThinkTank is a program of Integrative Teaching ThinkTank (ITT), an incorporated organization that provides emerging educators with essential continuing educational opportunities with practice-based skills, knowledge, and experience for effective college-level teaching. ThinkTank also provides experienced educators with a forum for exploration, elaboration, and improvement of existing skills.

Through intensive summer workshops, it seeks reciprocal alliances with organizations whose members are concerned with the theoretical, pedagogical, and skill-based support of art + design educators.
