Collaborates with Associate Director of Space and Technology, the Art Studio Manager and other Art Studio Technician to maintain equipment, technology and spaces in School of Art facilities 


  • Investigate building issues and make repairs or submit work orders as needed 
  • Supervise shop monitors and graduate student lab technicians in classrooms, shops and studios
  • Manage lab inspections and coordination with various UGA units and School faculty to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • Participate in efforts to improvement equipment and technology​ and maintain safe working spaces

Jennifer Kirkpatrick recently completed her Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics at Penn State University and currently works at the University of Georgia. She attained her Bachelor of Science in Art Education and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northwest Missouri State University and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville to work as a post-­baccalaureate student in Ceramics. Her work has been in exhibitions in Missouri, Arkansas, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, and Texas including work being chosen for the NCECA 2013 National Student Juried Exhibition in Houston, TX and a commissioned permanent installation for the Penn State Center of Pittsburgh, PA.
